The Ward Churchill Solidarity Network (WCSN) collects two types of data through this website: anonymous and personal.
Anonymous data about site visits and average time spent on the site is collected automatically, and does not include any personal information. We do not use cookies or other tracking devices to collect information about site users.
Personal information is only collected from users who voluntarily provide it to us. We do not share your e-mail address or any other personal information with any other individuals or organizations.
If you provide your e-mail address, we may use this information to send you occasional updates or requests for donations to the legal fund, but we will not share your e-mail address with anyone else. If you wish to be removed from any e-mail list, please let us know by e-mailing us at wcsn@wardchurchill.net.
If you make a donation to the legal fund and provide us with contact information, we may use it to send you a thank you letter or a token gift. We will not use your information for any other purpose, and we will not share it with any other individuals or organization.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not send us any personal information.
We use reasonable security measures to protect the data on our site and information obtained through our site, but we cannot guarantee the security of our servers, so please be aware that information you supply may be intercepted by third parties.
If you link to another site from the WSCN site, please remember that we cannot control the privacy practices of any third parties. Such sites may collect information through cookies or other technologies.
